The company will implement the professional practices at its Cañuelas plant.
Heil Trailer Internacional will subscribe through the District Bureau of COPRET (Provincial Council of Education and Labor) the incorporation of training practices. In this way the students of secondary schools of Cañuelas will be able to see the operation of the productive processes of the metallurgical industry, in real work environments.
For the incorporation of the company to the Training Practices System, a meeting was held at the offices of the Production Secretariat. The District Chief Inspector, Prof. Sandra Cardozo, participated; the Coordinating Secretary of the COPRET District Board in Cañuelas, Mr. Marcelo Di Giácomo; the secretary of Production, Employment and Agrarian Affairs, Vet. Juan Angel Cruz; and the manager of Human Resources of Heil Trailer Internacional, Eng. Pablo Montes.
At the same time, members of the municipal cabinet, together with the Inspector and representatives of the company, work so that the industry registers in the system of implementation of practices on welding in aluminum and other related fields, destined to the students who are studying in the last year of the secondary.
The system of professional practices was presented on Thursday, April 12 at the Technical School. There, the articulation of the Technical School was announced with Genelba, Molino Cañuelas, Municipality of Cañuelas, Loma Negra, LomaSer, Recycomb, Cañuelas Pack, Golf Club, Iwin, Curto Martins, La Tacuara, Ispra and Fevesa; while the Don Bosco School signed agreements with Cabaña Argentina, La Sorianita, Obles Bergessio, Gravia, Pig's Ranch and the Uribelarrea vineyard. Now Heil Trailer joins the list.
